Before you can pay your lease or rental payment online you will need to contact SCREIS at 888-285-3918 or at ACHsetup@screis.com. When you call or email please have tenant name, address with unit number, telephone number and current email address so we can update your current contact information. A valid email address is required for the financially responsible person on the lease or the person authorized to pay the lease/rent payment online.
