Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Investment Services Inc (SCREIS) was formed out of a desire to provide premium real estate investment services for our core clients. Our desire/aim is not to be the biggest or the firm with the most sales. Several of the principals were formerly with top commercial and residential brokerage companies whose focus was real estate sales, big sales. It seemed the motto was “its always a good time…a good time to buy or a good time to sell or a good time to sell and buy.” Look back at the summer of 2008 was it really a good time to buy, NO it was not but it was a good time to sell if your intent was to cash in and leave the market. If you had to buy again then you were just trading one asset for another and possibly adding a tax liability along the way. As with most business cycles there are always opportunities to be had but how many people really hit home runs in the time…not many.

Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Investment Services background is investing and brokerage because that is where we started. Together the principals have closed hundreds of deals in the past 20 years or so. Sometimes as principals and sometimes as agents/brokers for our clients. We understand the process and you can feel assured your due diligence will be done by seasoned professionals. Our desire is to develop close and long relationships with our clients for years of successful real estate transactions. Real estate brokerage for years has been treated as a consulting business in which the broker provides advice to clients. Keep in mind traditionally realtors do not receive any payment if they do not close on a transaction for you is this really the person you want in your corner?

Spectrum Commercial keeps the long term focus on doing whats best for the client. As long as we do this the clients will do what best for us and that is to keep coming back for your services. There have been times when we have literally talked clients out of making a purchase or sale because we knew it was what was in their best interest NOT ours.
